Schools wishing to participate in the Middlesex Schools’ FA Cups next season must submit their affiliation form by 5:00pm on 30th June 2019.
Affiliating is a simple process: simply complete the online form.
There will be no extensions to the deadline, so schools do need to get their entries in in good time. Any questions related to affiliation should be emailed to Gareth Coates.
