Districts wishing to participate in the 2022-23 Inter-District Leagues should complete the form below.

Associations which are outside the boundaries of Middlesex but wish to take part are welcome to do so, provided that they are both properly affiliated to the English Schools’ Football Association and have the consent of their parent County Schools’ Football Association.
